When your school sets up your DDx account, you'll receive an activation email with a link to create your password and access the platform. This email is sent to your institutional email address.
Finding your activation email
1. Open your institutional email inbox.
2. Search for emails from The Sketchy Team (support@sketchy.com). You can search the subject line for 'Welcome to DDx'.
3. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Activation emails are sometimes filtered.
Using your activation email
1. Click the activation link in the email. This takes you to a page to set your password.
2. Create a password that meets the requirements shown on screen.
3. Log in using your institutional email and new password.
Activation links expire. If you click the link and it says it has expired, contact your program coordinator or support to have a new activation email sent. |
If you never received an activation email
• Check with your program coordinator to confirm your email address is on the enrollment roster
• Ask them to request a resend from the DDx support team
• In the meantime, you can try using Forgot Password on the login page if your account exists
