DDx uses the email address your school registered for you, typically your institutional email address.
Steps
1. Go to the DDx login page: ddx.sketchy.com
2. Enter your institutional email address. This is usually in the format firstname.lastname@school.edu or your student ID@school.edu.
3. Enter your password and click Sign In. If this is your first time, use the password from your activation email or click Forgot Password to set one.
4. If your school uses Single Sign-On (SSO), click Sign in with your school and follow the prompts.
Not sure which email to use? Check the welcome or activation email you received from DDx — it will show the email address your account is registered under. You can also ask your program coordinator. |
Common mistakes
• Entering a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) instead of your school address
• Using a student ID alias (e.g., u12345@school.edu) when your account is under your full name email
• Trying to log in before your school's access start date — your account may be created but not yet active
