If you've forgotten your password or your account is locked, you can reset it in a few steps. You'll need access to the institutional email your account is registered under.
Steps
2. Click Forgot Password below the login form.
3. Enter your institutional email address and click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from DDx. If it doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
5. Click the link in the email. Reset links expire after 24 hours — if yours has expired, repeat from step 1.
6. Enter your new password and confirm it. You're now ready to log in.
Important: Make sure to enter the institutional email your account is registered under — not a personal email. If the reset email doesn't arrive and you've checked spam, your account may be under a different email address. |
